Top Dawg Entertainment took over Day 2 of the iTunes Festival at SXSW in Austin, Texas on Thursday night. Following Coldplay and Imagine Dragons on Wednesday, TDE’s ScHoolboy Q, and Kendrick Lamar were front and center at the packed Moody Theater at Austin City Limits Live. Following an opening set from Isaiah Rashad, ScHoolboy Q hit the sold-crowd with a 35-minute set, including cuts off his No. 1 album Oxymoron.
Lamar was next up, performing for nearly an hour. K. Dot ran through underground favorites, and album cuts off his platinum-selling good kid, m.A.A.d city major-label debut. Sticking inside the Top Dawg camp, Lamar’s guests included SZA (“Poetic Justice”) and Jay Rock (“Money Trees”). Enjoy the full show below.
