Four years after being officially crowned the Kings of Rock, Run-D.M.C. have finally been inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame (no introduction from Eminem this time around, unfortunately). The iconic Queens trio’s 1986 crossover single “Walk This Way” featuring Aerosmith has been included in the list of inductees for the class of 2014. An even earlier hip-hop hit, The Sugarhill Gang’s “Rapper’s Delight,” has also been inducted. Both records will be enshrined at the Grammy Museum at L.A. LIVE, along with 25 other songs and albums from acts including James Brown, Miles Davis, Gil-Scott Heron, Sam Cooke and The Rolling Stones.
